To improve sustainability by eliminating over 2 million paper printouts from across the Asia-Pacific region each year, all while coordinating B2B relationships worldwide and delivering a better customer experience.
We started by taking the client team on a discovery process to understand the distribution and delivery process from their users’ point of view. Identifying personas, interviewing stakeholders, conceptualising a solution and validating the concept with the users. Our problem-solving squad came up with an app allowing Distribution Managers to digitally identify what’s inside a delivery parcel without opening the box. We built a clickable prototype and kept developing it based on user feedback. The environmentally friendly solution facilitated handling, replacing printed paperwork with digital confirmations.
The mobile prototype resonated so strongly it is now being rolled out globally. Schneider Electric accelerated their sustainability mission while equipping partners with digital tools to work smarter.
