PDL wanted to launch their new design-led “Iconic” product range, a series of stylish light switches and matching plug sockets for the home. As with all new product launches, PDL needed to create awareness and engagement in their target demographic: people looking to renovate their existing home or build a new one.
The primary challenge was enabling customers to see beyond the more established, lower price ‘600 Series’ range and understand the choice and possibilities that the Iconic range presented.

To drive awareness and engagement, we created an immersive web experience enabling homeowners to visualize Iconic products in their spaces. Users can view different styles like classic or industrial and see products in various rooms. Iterative prototyping optimized the experience based on user feedback. Working closely with Schneider's team, we built an intuitive, interactive tool empowering customers to find the perfect light switch style for their home. Seamless integration with electricians and distributors enabled convenient quotes and purchasing. The tool captured valuable insights into customer preferences to inform Schneider's future product development and marketing efforts. Our collaboration combined imagination, analytics, and accessibility into one sleek platform unlocking Iconic's potential.
