We worked with MedAire during the early chaos of COVID-19 to build something their private aviation customers desperately needed: a way to see through the complexity. With commercial flights grounded and travel restrictions changing daily, private jet operators were flying blind through a maze of regulations that could strand passengers or ground fleets.

The pandemic didn't just disrupt travel. It created a completely new operating environment for private aviation. Flight planners who used to worry about weather and fuel stops suddenly found themselves navigating constantly shifting country restrictions, health requirements, and airspace closures.
MedAire's customers operate over 15,000 private jets globally. Each flight required understanding dozens of variables that could change between takeoff and landing. Traditional flight planning tools weren't built for this level of complexity, and the stakes were higher than ever. Getting someone home to their family or keeping critical business operations running meant having the complete picture, not just basic flight data.

We started with a simple insight: flight planners want control, not just information. They needed to see the big picture instantly, then drill down into the specifics that mattered for their particular route.
We built a platform that aggregates over 20,000 data points into a single world view. Real-time aircraft positions, risk regions, airspace restrictions, and AI-driven alerts about emerging incidents. We also created a filterable news feed API that delivers aviation-relevant updates automatically, so planners could stay ahead of changing conditions.

Most aviation intelligence tools show you what's happening. We built something that helps you understand what it means for your specific operation. The platform combines real-time flight data with predictive intelligence, so operators can see problems coming and adjust accordingly.
