Delivery Manager
Your mission
You’ll support the delivery of a large, complex digital marketing project, keeping within estimates and agreed timelines while fostering a positive team environment and elevating our client's experience. You will work with a small team of CX and data strategists, UX/UI designers, and content creators to coordinate workstreams for an innovative pan-European customer engagement programme for a leading pharmaceutical company.

What’s the role about?
This is a full-time (40 hour/wk), fixed-term role until 31 December 2025.
Tasks and Responsibilities
The project is high profile with several intricate moving parts. With support and oversight from our Senior Delivery Manager (UK) and our Head of Delivery (New Zealand), your role will involve the following:
Preparing and managing detailed project boards and project timelines aligned to each of the project’s workstreams, using Jira and the broader suite of Atlassian apps.
Supporting the management of project timelines and assisting in communicating updates to internal and client stakeholders.
Assisting with task delegation and resourcing for the Journey team (Strategy, Design) and external partners (content, IT) using Jira, aligning with the 2-week sprint cycle and overall project timelines.
As part of the task assignment process, creating detailed User Stories and briefs to ensure clarity around expected deliverables; supporting in the delivery of tasks by co-ordinating/gathering any supporting documentation required by Delivery team members (for example design assets, research and reference documents).
Providing project leads with a broad range of project updates, documentation and reports as and when required.
Liaising with internal stakeholders to provide written updates and regular reports outlining progress, risks and budget status.
Contributing to Delivery team touch points, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions and retros; Ensuring that all outputs and actions are documented after each touch point through the appropriate channel and in Jira.
Organising and co-ordinating a broad range of project-related client meetings, from setting and communicating agendas through to associated diary management and delivery team briefings as to what’s needed and expected.
Assisting in preparing project financial reports and monitoring billing activity to support budget awareness and ensure project profitability.
Coordinating and scheduling project resources in line with the deliverables and timelines.
Supporting the review and testing of deliverables to ensure they meet project requirements, local approvals and maintain high-quality standards.
Assisting in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting notes, timelines, and key decisions.
Preparing data reports for campaign performance at a country level.

Essential experience:
You’ll have:
1-2 years’ experience working in an agency or digital environment. Given the nature of the role, ideal experience would be from within a digital agency/digital marketing environment or similar, where you’re used to coordinating digital assets and projects. Experience working with pharmaceutical clients would be a big plus.
Experience in coordinating and/or delivering digital/digital marketing projects or as an Account Executive.
A working knowledge of core project management methodologies and feel confident in both Agile and more traditional forms of project management.
Experience participating in delivery team touchpoints such as Sprint Planning, Retros and Daily Stand-ups.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams (including creative and technology).
Experience using project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence and FigJam would be beneficial.
Exposure and experience to clients in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector would be favourable.

Important notes
For this role you must have the legal right to live and work in the UK and be based in London or within an easy commute to London. We will not be offering a visa to overseas candidates for this role, and you will not be able to work from offshore.
